3. Client Responsibilities

- Respond to communication in a timely manner
- Make payments on time as agreed in your service package or proposal
- Review and approve deliverables promptly
Delays in feedback, payment, or approvals may impact project timelines.
4. Payments and Refunds
- All services are subject to agreed pricing as per the proposal or package
- Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice or service agreement
- Refunds are only considered under exceptional circumstances and must be requested in writing
- We reserve the right to halt services for unpaid invoices
5. Intellectual Property
All content created by SuccessClaim (including graphics, videos, designs, and code) remains our intellectual property until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the final deliverables for your business needs.
You may not resell, duplicate, or distribute our work without written permission.
6. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any information or material shared with us for project purposes will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
SuccessClaim shall not be held liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Website downtime, data breaches, or marketing campaign performance beyond our control
We do not guarantee specific results from digital marketing efforts due to the nature of online platforms and algorithms.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with notice, as outlined in the individual contract. Upon termination:
- All pending dues must be cleared
- All work delivered up to that point will be transferred upon payment
- Access to ongoing support and services will be revoked
9. Modifications to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation or in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
